I’d choose for bad, as I feel badly seems like I try to say that feeling is not my best skill.

You say “I feel good” and not “I feel goodly”
Similarly we do not say ” I feel badly”
Yes, and yet it’s acceptable to say “I feel well.” I did some research in this Grammar Girl article to explore why. The answer surprised me.
